Sometimes I wonder if Sunny is actually real? :) He is THE most thoughtful, communicative, knowledgeable, and professional mechanic (or, really, Professional Anything) I have ever experienced. Think of all the stereotypes and issues you face with mechanics, and then think of the opposite -- that's Sunny. He will explain the problems he is diagnosing (even bringing you into the garage to point things out), he will phone you with updates on part deliveries, labour, and timelines, and he will go out of his way to make sure your time is valued and that you understand the process he is embarking on. Few professionals will ever value your business as much as Sunny does. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the way he operates. I never have to wonder or worry, because he is completely transparent about what he is doing, what he has discovered, how long the work will take, and what it will cost. Quick and easy, came with a tesla for a repair. Tesla told me leave the car with them for 1-2 days and wouldn’t tell me how much. I came here, an hour later everything is fixed. Definitely recommend

I first called Sunny at Excella in April 2024 to inquire about covering some rust spots on my 2013 Mercedes Sprinter that I planned to convert into a camper van. Despite being adamant on going the “cheaper route”, Sunny discussed the alternative of spending the money to do a full re-paint. My 2013 Mercedes Sprinter Van had a full body paint, new windshield and details added to make the van look brand new again. In hindsight this was the best decision to increase the longevity of the van’s exterior body, and I feel proud to call this van my own. I noticed this is a theme at the shop as they work with high end vehicles and will go the extra steps to ensure the work is done correctly while maintaining a good customer relationship. Six months later, my van still looks great and the body has held up well. I returned this week (November 2024) to get some stone chips touched up and then we started discussing the mechanical health of the van…and winter tires. Sunny offered to do a full inspection for a flat rate as he noticed some things that may require attention. I will also add that the majority of my van’s work was completed outside of traditional work hours due to my limited schedule. Whilst having winter tires installed, Sunny took the time to not only outline all costs and the reason for doing it but also physically showed me the current states of my fluids and filters. I have had 4 additional mechanics look and my van for different things in the last year and no mention of changing these important fluids/filters were made. Instead other mechanics suggested replacing full parts that cost thousands. Sunny genuinely helped me and looked out for my best interests. As a young female, I have noticed mechanics will avoid providing that explanation because oftentimes our knowledge is limited. I not only learned a lot about my van from Sunny, but felt like this was the first time I knew where my money was going in terms of parts and labor. Don’t get me wrong, you will be paying for the high end service and products at this shop, but spending the money on quality work up front is what allows a vehicle to last and save money long term. Found this company through reviews and was not disappointed. Sonny was quick to respond, gave me a very fair price, was quick to get my car in and turned it around in a couple of days. He did a great job of fixing the scratches on my bumper that I brought the car in for and went above and beyond to polish out some other marks, gave the car a good clean and detail and even cleaned under the hood as a bonus! Great service and I appreciate that he treated me as a valued customer throughout.

Sunny is in tune with BMW. Diagnosis and understanding these cars can be tricky. This seemed like second nature to him. Really nice guy, and he's incredibly fair. Excellent service and attention to detail has made me decide, this is my go to mechanic. Even thou he's an hour away from me. My buddy Mike recommended him to me, now I recommend this place to anyone who has issues trying to find a solid BMW mechanic.

When my brand new Cadillac was involved in an accident I was devastated beyond words and had no clue where to turn. That’s when a friend who is a car enthusiast recommended Excella Automotive Group. Obviously the first thing I did was read reviews as I wasn’t about to trust my vehicle just to any shop. I was recently referred to Excella Automotive Group by my dear neice. I had my first accident ever in 35 years. Collision repair was new to me & I was not savvy. Thank the lord that my car was assessed & repaired by this auto shop. All I can say is that when I was called to pick up my car....my expectations were exceeded!!
